We provide full-time team members with long-term disability insurance and modest life insurance. The cost of these is fully covered by our company and enrollment is automatic. While we hope you never need to use these policies, they’re designed to help team members and their families supplement their existing financial safety nets.

Coverage for these policies begins on the 1st of the month following your start date.
